THE PEACOCK BAKERY
The Peacock Bakery is a home run bakery located in the HSR Layout neighbourhood of south east Bangalore. The bakery has sweet and savoury comfort pasties and breads and has any occasion lunch box/bento cakes. I use only organic flours and eggs, high quality butter and local produce.
I generally bake on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, and make my pastries and breads available on the Sundays of those weekends. For exact schedules and menus, follow me on Instagram.
HOW IT WORKS
This is a tiny bakery that operates like a pop up. I offer pre ordered pastries and breads on the 2nd and 4th weekend of every month, on a first come first serve basis. I take limited orders and cake requests are considered on a bi weekly basis and the menu and availability are updated on or around the 15th of every other month.
