Ingredients:-
Paneer - 200 gm
Boiled potatoes - 2 medium sized, grated
Spices :-
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour for coating
Mascarpone Cheese - 1/2 cup (should be used less)
Oil for spraying the baking sheets. You can also shallow fry it!
Method:-
Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray the baking sheet with some oil.
Grate Paneer and Potatoes in a bowl, and add in all the spices, and mix everything and form a dough. Add in the corn flour too.
Now take a small amount of the dough and flatten it on the palm, and place about a 1tsp+1/2 in the middle, and then close the dough to form a ball. This is an optional step.
Now coat the all purpose flour on this ball, and place all of them on a plate, and put this plate in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Now you can place the kofta balls on the baking tray, and brush them with some ghee, and bake these balls for 12-15 minutes. Then turn the oven mode to broil, and broil them for 2-3 minutes to brown them.
Remove from the oven and transfer the koftas onto a serving platter.
You can squeeze some fresh lime juice over them. Garnish with pickled onions and chopped herbs.
Serve immediately with any curry of your choice, or with some dhaniya chutney!
