Blackberry Cheesecake (No Bake)

This is a no bake cheesecake with a pound cake inside. The pound cake is baked with fresh blackberries in it, which sink to the bottom while being baked. This gives a special look to the cake when cut into. You can see the beautiful blackberry in the bottom and it tastes better since the blackberries are fresh and hence not too sweet.
On top of the pound cake, a vanilla cheesecake batter is poured and set with gelatin. Then there is a layer of blackberry jelly and finally on top of it is a layer of cheesecake flavored with blackberry jam, which again has a very pretty color and an amazing taste.
The pound cake goes really well with the cheesecake, and you'll enjoy this different texture more than a simple soft cheesecake.
