Blueberry Cheesecake (No Bake)

This is a lovely blueberry cheesecake. This has an interesting design on the outside and when you cut into it, the three layers of genoise sponge, blueberry puree, and whipped cream frosting can be seen, which just adds to that beautiful blueberry taste.
The blueberry puree used in the cake and the cheesecake, is homemade, so the color is all natural and pretty and the taste isn't too sweet.
There is no sugar in the cheesecake, and the sweetness comes from the sweetness of puree. The top, is a layer of yogurt pannacotta, which elevates the entire taste experience even further.
