Blueberry Crepe Cake

This is a blueberry crepe cake with a color that's bound to catch everyone's eye at your next dinner party!! 
The puree is made with fresh blueberries and is added to both, the crepes and the cream. 
The crepes have a bit of a blue gel color to them, and it looks so beautiful with the light purple cream cheese frosting.
On top are blueberries cut in half and decored around the top.
 
There are 18-21 layers of crepes.
