Carrot Cinnamon Roll Cake

A light, fluffy carrot cake with cream cheese and whipped cream frosting! This is not your traditional heavy and gluey carrot cake!! The sponge is airy and fluffy and very lightly sweetened. The cinnamon is there but not overpowering. The cream cheese has less sugar so it adds tangyness to the entire cake!!
