Mango Cheesecake (No Bake)

This is a no-bake mango cheesecake with a layer of panna cotta inside of it. The panna cotta is a simple yogurt panna cotta that has sweet chunks of mango in it. The soft panna cotta tastes delicious with the softness of the cheesecake. The cheesecake has fresh mango puree in it to sweeten it. The base of the cheesecake is made out of crushed vanilla biscuits.
On the top are sweet, sliced mangoes to give the cheesecake a whole new kick. It's hard to say no to that bright yellow sunshine of a cheesecake.
