Strawberry Cheesecake (No Bake)

This is a beautiful no-bake strawberry cheesecake made with fresh strawberries and strawberry puree. The beautiful thing about it, is that the various shades of pink you see is from the natural color of the strawberry and there is no use of any kind of food coloring.
The biscuit base is made out of dark chocolate oreo biscuits. This is topped with a vanilla cream cheese-cheesecake batter, which is set using gelatin. Raw strawberries are put into cheese batter and when we cut the cheesecake into pieces, the cross section looks delicious.
There are two more layers of cheesecake, flavored with different amounts of strawberry puree, which gives each of those layers a distinctive taste and color.
This is a really delicious cheesecake filled with sweet and sour strawberry flavor, which would be perfect as a datenight dessert!
